It is not possible to get financing from the bank in Bali. We work with an annual interest-free payment plan from the start of the construction phase until after completion.

For Dutch investors: you are obligated to declare foreign investments to the Dutch Tax Authorities. In the Netherlands, rental incomes from abroad fall under your Box 3 wealth.
It’s also useful to know that the Netherlands and Indonesia have a double taxation treaty in place. This agreement helps prevent the same income from being taxed twice and outlines which country has the right to tax specific types of income.
