It is not possible to get financing from the bank in Bali. We work with an annual interest-free payment plan from the start of the construction phase until after completion.

Step 5: Start payments of construction terms and project management fee.
Step 6: We introduce customers to interior architect Kamu Concepts.
Step 7: Interim reports.
Step 8: Completion.
Step 9: Setting up villa management, including banking matters.
Step 10: Villa ready for rental.
We support the entire purchase process and all legal matters involved. We also guide in the invoicing process between the Netherlands and Bali and handle the project management from the entire construction to completion from our office in Uluwatu.
The villa is insured throughout the entire construction period. After completion, you will have to take care of insurance yourself. This can be done through Allianz. We can mediate in this for you.
