This is where our back office supports all finance, legal, and administrative operations, serving both our Uluwatu location and our team based in the Netherlands. As a full-service Bali real estate agency, we ensure consistency and transparency across regions.

High-quality construction is a cornerstone of our philosophy. We’ve established a dedicated construction management team that supervises the progress, craftsmanship, and safety of all our developments daily. This includes rigorous checks on foundations, structural integrity, and final finishes. Our team also produces detailed internal and external reports. Ensuring transparency for our investors throughout every phase of the build.

We are currently working on eight premium Bali real estate projects: 80 luxury villas and a 20-room boutique hotel, all located in carefully selected areas of Uluwatu. This region is known for its dramatic cliffs, pristine white beaches, and crystal-clear ocean views. Making it a sought-after location for both travel and investment.
